Kari Samantha, born in 1967 is an American actor, performer and singer (born on the 28th of April, 1967). She began her acting career when she was just a teen. She is most known for playing Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders, as well as her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born at Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble, who worked as a cashier, and German American Andrew Wuhrer. There are three siblings. While she was a kid, Wuhrer sang at clubs and went out to sing. After studying acting at the Wooster School from 13 years old she was a drama student at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts located at Marymount Manhattan College and Columbia University. She also studied in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts under the famed Uta Hagen. Her birth date was April 28 the 28th of April, 1967 at Brookfield Connecticut. Her father is both a German American policeman, as well as a salesperson for autos. Kari's children are three. She sang in nightclubs as a teenager sneaking out of her home to perform. Kari started studying acting when she was just 13 years old. Her next stage of study was acting at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and Columbia University. Marymount Manhattan College in addition to The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, together with Uta Hagen, who is a well-known teacher. Kari started acting when she was an teen, and her first break on television was 1987's MTV's Remote Control.
