Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. Her mother is English and half Spanish. Her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. Her father is an Argentinean of Scottish and English descendant is her mother. Her mother comes from Spanish and English roots. Taylor Joy has four brothers and sisters, with one coming in each parent's previous marriages. The family resided in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy was 6 years old, then moved to Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy explained that the move had been painful, and she refused to go back to school in English because she hoped to be able to return to Argentina. Hill House became her school preference after she was required to switch schools. She then went to Queen's Gate School in London in which she attended ballet classes as well as participated in drama productions. She dropped out of high school when she was 16 in order in order to concentrate on her acting career. Taylor-Joy had a destiny to become an actress at a young age. She realized her dream when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
